Who We Are
International Testing Services Center (ITSC) has been providing qualified and reliable educational services worldwide since 1985. ITSC was originally affiliated with the College of Extended Studies at San Diego State University, which administered G-TELP as a college admission test. Since then, G-TELP has been recognized as an English assessment leader for government organizations in the US, China, and Japan, and has been designated as an official English evaluation tool at the 1988 Seoul Olympic and 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

What We Do
G-TELP, launched in 1985, is one of the most globally recognized English assessment tools. Its presence is rapidly expanding across Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Since the early 1990s, countries known for their rapid and sustained economic growth, such as China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Mexico, have adopted G-TELP as a key English proficiency test. The exam is widely utilized by thousands of corporations and educational institutions, including universities, high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens, serving both as an assessment tool and an integral part of English education. This underscores the reliability, validity, and practicality of the G-TELP exam.
The International Testing Services Center (ITSC) holds the exclusive rights and responsibility for the development, analysis, management, and delivery of the G-TELP exam. To date, more than 50 million individuals have taken the exam, and it is currently utilized as an assessment and education tool by over 2 million test takers and more than 10,000 organizations, corporations, and institutions annually. With the highest standards of security and cutting-edge IT and AI technology, we ensure that test services are administered securely and reliably anywhere in the world.
