My payment is not working, what should I do?
G-TELP accepts two payment methods, which are Credit card and PayPal payment. There are a variety of reasons why your payment might fail. If your credit card payment failed, the reasons can vary between banks and the secure payment gateways we use to store your credit card details. The most common causes include:
Card declined by issuer
Expired credit card
Insufficient funds
Restricted card
Lost or stolen card
Should the issue stem from an expired, lost, stolen, or outdated credit card, updating your credit card information will address the problem. Alternatively, if transactions are still unsuccessful, reaching out to your bank or credit card issuer for additional information may be necessary.
